radiation and provides separate outputs for each radiation type.

The newest addition to our product line is the
Kipp & Zonen CNR 2 Net Radiometer.
This model includes two shortwave and two longwave sensors,
which are combined to provide separate outputs for net
shortwave and net longwave radiation (see diagram below).
The use of four sensors solves the problem of accurately measuring
short- and longwave radiation with a single instrument. The
CNR 2 has similar accuracy to the Kipp & Zonen CNR 1 and is
half the cost. The compact, rugged, and lightweight design
facilitates mounting.
